Three months of inability to have quality sleep has taken its toll: I now have raccoon eyes. *shudders*

I’m in a state of real panic since concealers doesn’t seem to help hide these undereye circles. Even though I pile on layers and layers of powder, the shadows doesn’t seem to disappear. Make up just dry, flake, and what have we? More evident charcoal tint underneath my peepers. Sheesh.
